Off Site

We are providing the technical support to our customers at our factory place. Process of off-site support as follows:

• Meeting arranged with our technical person over phone or email
• Prior discussion over the machine to be developed
• Hydraulic/Pneumatic components to be used in developing machine (including component’s make)
• Structure analysis (Static & Dynamic movement both)
• Hydraulic parameters calculation including cylinder force (tons), cylinder capacity (L/min), cylinder shaft speed (mm/sec), cylinder stroke time (sec), pump flow (L/min), pump input power (Hp/Kw)
• Quotation provided on the spot if standard machine, else 1-2 days required for processing detailed quotation
• Delivery and Payment terms settlement after the successful above mentioned terms
