Telephonic
We also provide telephonic support nationally as well as other countries. The process of telephonic support as follows:
- Customer’s company name and contact details required
- If the customer has already purchased components or machine from us, then the detailed technical/commercial portion is discussed
- The existing client is able to get supportive documentation via phone and if further catalogue is required then it is mailed or posted at the customer’s required address
- For machines including components 1 year of warranty period is provided. If the machine issue is there, engineer is sent to the site immediately.
- If the customer is new, we also welcome them to take part in brief technical/commercial offer. Then the client is welcomed to our factory for further discussion
